True conservatism can win again.
But today’s conservative movement has lost its foundations. Billionaire oligarchs, monopolists, corporate lobbyists, foreign assets, and neomonarchist interests have hijacked our party. They’ve rigged our economy, corrupted our politics, and undermined American democracy itself.
True conservatism was never about serving billionaires or narrowly enriching a privileged elite class. It stands for strong communities, stable families, responsible economic stewardship, genuine patriotism, limited yet effective government, and above all else—preserving and strengthening the foundational democratic republic our ancestors fought for.
To restore genuine conservative integrity—morally, politically, and economically—the Conservative Party must commit itself to democratic renewal. That means explicitly confronting the billionaire class, eliminating the captured political establishment they built, and putting power directly into the hands of ordinary American citizens.
This is the playbook for conservatives ready to take back power honestly, patriotically, and democratically.
This is how we Take Integrity Back.
I. RECLAIM OUR DEMOCRACY FROM BILLIONAIRE CONTROL
What We Will Do
- Explicitly identify billionaire oligarchs, monopolies, corporate lobbyists, dark-money networks, and neomonarchist interests as direct threats to the conservative movement and American democracy.
- Pursue aggressive anti-corruption policies to rid politics of billionaire influence: comprehensive campaign finance reform, tough lobbying restrictions, insider trading crackdowns, and rigorous antitrust enforcement.
- Recognize democratic integrity as fundamentally conservative: clearly support voting rights expansions, anti-gerrymandering reforms, and Supreme Court term limits as conservative issues. True conservatism serves citizens, not self-appointed monarchs or entrenched elites.
- Champion proportional representation and ranked-choice voting systems to give voters more choice, accountability, and power.
What We Will NOT Do
- We will NOT conflate corporate profits with conservative principles; we explicitly renounce the billionaire control of political and economic institutions as utterly opposed to true conservatism.
- We will NOT tolerate dark-money networks, secret billionaires, and their influence that undermines transparency, ethics, and national integrity.
- We will NOT allow billionaire oligarchs and neomonarchists to define what our party stands for or dictate our democratic agenda.
II. MAKE ECONOMIC FAIRNESS, MOBILITY, & FAMILY STABILITY THE NEW CONSERVATIVE STANDARD
What We Will Do
- Center economic security explicitly around stable families, small entrepreneurial business success, and thriving local communities.
- Actively champion policies broadly popular with conservative families: affordable healthcare and childcare, encouraging family ownership of property and small businesses, better wages, thriving local economies, and affordable education.
- Promote worker dignity and family economic stability as explicitly conservative values; highlight these as essential ingredients for true liberty and freedom.
- Openly criticize corporate monopolies for undermining small businesses, community infrastructure, family wealth formation, free markets, and economic choice.
What We Will NOT Do
- We will NOT keep ceding economics to billionaires simply because they claim to be “job creators.” Instead, we explicitly define prosperity by how well regular communities and middle-class families thrive.
- We will NOT accept the false choice that economic fairness is incompatible with conservatism; economic fairness enhances responsible stewardship, rewards hard work, and strengthens communities, families, and civil society.
III. CREATE GENUINE CONNECTIONS IN BOTH RURAL AND URBAN COMMUNITIES
What We Will Do
- Explicitly support rural America through meaningful investment: broadband internet access, strong small-business assistance, agricultural prosperity, renewable local energy projects, local banking and finance access, resilient schools, and healthcare availability.
- Support urban communities explicitly, promoting entrepreneurship, safe neighborhoods, quality schools, affordable housing, local small businesses, and genuine community safety initiatives.
- Clearly communicate that oligarchic monopolies harm both rural and urban working-class Americans equally. Unite these communities through economic solidarity around authentically conservative “Main Street” values.
What We Will NOT Do
- We will NOT engage in divisive rhetoric that pits rural against urban America. True conservatism unites all working communities.
- We will NOT portray cities as inherently problematic or rural regions as trivially simplistic. Conservative integrity recognizes diverse strengths across urban, suburban, and rural America.
IV. RE-ESTABLISH CULTURAL CONFIDENCE GROUNDED IN CONSERVATIVE VALUES
What We Will Do
- Emphasize conservative virtues clearly: generosity toward neighbors, personal responsibility, civil discourse, authentic patriotism not defined by fear or divisiveness, stewardship of community resources, and genuine respect for traditions that support families and communities.
- Clearly reject culture-war anger and bitterness, communicating instead through a confident vision of optimistic, civil engagement rooted in genuine conservative community values.
- Explicitly protect Americans’ religious freedoms while clearly stating these freedoms require fair and equal protection—not discriminatory or divisive culture-war rhetoric.
What We Will NOT Do
- We will NOT surrender conservative identity to hyper-partisan, billionaire-controlled outlets that exploit grievances and fears for profits and power.
- We will NOT allow conservative values to be reduced to aggressive nationalism, bigotry, or culture-war pandering.
V. RESTORE CITIZEN EMPOWERMENT & REJECT BILLIONAIRE CAPTURE
What We Will Do
- Clearly and explicitly protect equal political rights, competitive primary elections, voter transparency, and citizen accountability as conservative principles—not progressive ones.
- Champion small-dollar donors, volunteers, civic associations, churches, community-based groups, and grassroots organization as essential conservative practices—not billionaire-funded or corporate-directed politics.
- Explicitly emphasize the importance of citizen participation and engagement as reflecting core conservative community, virtue, and patriotism.
What We Will NOT Do
- We will NOT view grassroots empowerment as threatening “populism” or socialism; community self-determination is deeply conservative and distinctly American.
- We will NOT allow elite donor money or billionaire interests to call the shots in policy-setting or certain primaries; explicitly embrace financial transparency, accountability, and voter mandate as fundamental conservative principles.
VI. BUILD GENUINELY CONSERVATIVE MEDIA & DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE
What We Will Do
- Develop effective conservative media infrastructure independent of billionaire control, ensuring transparency and commitment to honest journalism and factual reporting.
- Enhance conservative voter education and media literacy explicitly to empower voters against targeted disinformation—defending democracy as authentically conservative.
- Deploy innovative online organizing and engagement tools to build authentic conservative voter mobilization separate from corporate corrupting influence.
What We Will NOT Do
- We will NOT let neomonarchist voices or billionaire-owned media dictate the conservative narrative or dominate conservative voters’ understanding of reality.
- We will NOT abandon conservative voters to misinformation, conspiracy theories, or outrage-pandering—committing explicitly to a healthy information environment as a conservative priority.
VII. DEVELOP SUSTAINABLE & ETHICAL CONSERVATIVE FUNDING
What We Will Do
- Build diversified, transparent conservative fundraising mechanisms, expressly demanding transparency, ethical standards, patriotic accountability, and anti-corruption principles from any partners or donors.
- Encourage small-dollar, community-level citizen giving as explicitly conservative and morally legitimate.
- Accept and work openly, transparently, and accountably with ethically-aligned businesses, civic and religious groups, chambers of commerce, and patriotic local and community groups.
What We Will NOT Do
- We will NOT accept undisclosed dark money or billionaire-funded capture, clearly understanding that secret billionaire or corporate funding fundamentally damages conservative integrity.
- We will NOT allow transactional payment-for-policy arrangements, explicit quid-pro-quos, or deals that exchange conservative moral values and democratic accountability for billionaire cash or undue influence.
